I'll reply with a short note of what you need, roughly how long it will take and what that costs, and my next free slot. If you're happy, I'll fix a date with you. If you'd like to think about it, that's fine. I won't chase you.
Booking on behalf of a parent or relative
If you're arranging the visit for someone else, please give me your details and theirs. I'll introduce myself when I arrive and send you a short note afterwards of what I did.
If you're not sure I'm the right person
Call and describe the job. If it's not something a handyman should be doing, I'll say so straight away and point you towards the right tradesperson. I'd rather you got the right help than booked me.
